Sendmail-style: List ALL domains in mydestination.

Postfix-style: DONT list virtual domains in mydestination
List them in virtual_maps like:

domain1 whatever

user at domain2 some_other_local_account

I don't use Sendmail-style, since I found postfix-style mappings
easier to understand and to be a superset of Sendmail-style
