I would like to maintain postfix,
I am thinking:
Is it possible to create a loop, in the first pass the mail is redelivered
to smtpd, filtered by it, and then sent.
It is not very nice, but nicer than having 2 MTAS ...

I have searched all the afternoon, none extracts well the SENDER/RECIPIENT
from the header, maybe I should a bit more:
mini_smtp, libesmtp, smtpclient
There is a library in postfix souce for doing it, but it is a bit
complicate.
