This can be useful for many setups like the one described by Michel.
Does this work on multiple dir levels? I mean, if the 'parent' directory
does not exist but can be created by the virtual user, will it be
created along with the maildir? I think it will not, but correct me if I
am wrong.
There are situations where this directory tree automatic creation may be
useful, for example when dealing with tons of maildirs for each domain,
one may decide to create subdirs based on the first couple of letters of
the accounts, similar to what caching programs frequently do.
