header_checks for W32.Badtrans.B@mm

I was wondering what any of you folks are using for regexp
header_checks/body_checks to block badtrans... ?

I noticed that the From: header is always the envelope from preceded with
an underscore, such as:

Return-Path: <>
From: "Foo Person" <>

I've seen mention of "X-Unsent: 1" but that might block legit mail...

How about a section of that seemingly bogus mime header?

What checks are you using?

PS: I saw Craig Sanders posted a pcre body_check, but my postfix does not
support pcre, as told by `postconf -m`

Thanks
