I have so far been unable to find this via reading doc or code: what
transport names are *valid* for the defer_transports setting, and precisely
what is the effect of each? Apparently the list in the sample comments,
smtp,pickup,local,bounce,defer,flush is only partially valid.
So far I have only been able to get "smtp" to work and hold things in the
queue until I kick it, but I have been unable to achieve the same effect for
*local* delivery -- a message comes in, and is immediately dumped into the
local mailbox regardless, implying that attempting to defer "local" fails.
I would like to have fairly fine-grained control over what's just queued
and not delivered *anywhere* until the queue is manually cranked.
