Your best option is to measure the performance (for example, with
the smtp-source and smtp-sink utilities that ship with Postfix).
With 130.000 queue files, one level of hashing is probably sufficient.
The exact number depends on your hardware and on your file system
implementation.
Too many levels will actually slow Postfix down.
