luser_relay = some_local_user
forwards all mail to unknown users to some_local_user

Use a regular expression virtual_map:

virtua_maps = regexp:/etc/postfix/virtual.regexp

/.*testing at my\.domain$/ some_local_user at localhost
or maybe even
/testing at my\.domain$/ some_local_user at localhost
