What's your reiserfs version? Don't use 3.5.29, it's the one with the bug
i mentioned a while back. 3.5.27, or 3.6.25 is ok from my experience.

Even if you use the buggy reiser version, you won't get disk corruption,
you'll get some errors while delivering and it only appears when the
server is doing a lot of disk i/o
