I tried building your RPM today and noticed you require to build it
as root. This is wrong, the only packages that must be built by root
are the ones doing mknod (like dev package). Postfix installation
requires certain owners and permissions on its files - fine, do it
in the %files section then. I'll to patch INSTALL.sh not to do any
chowns and chgrps, but list these files in the %files section instead,
and send it to you.
