    with an unlikely mega-acquisition that will see Cisco
    buy Kraft's Nabisco unit for $15bn. Perhaps even more
    surprising, former RJR Nabisco and IBM CEO Lou Gerstner
    has come out of retirement to head the new firm
    tentatively called NaCisco."
