That and a clear understanding that people _will_ use the network
(as with personal calls, office supplies, and the like) for
personal usage.
What needs to be done is to balance the knee-jerk IT folks reactions
to make life as miserable as possible for the greatest number vs.
allowing some amount of employee usage, to increase satisfaction,
_increase_ productivity, and basically make it worth going into the
office.
As an old boss of mine used to say, "This sounds like a solution
in search of a problem.." If you have a problem, there are probably
more effective means of curing it than breaking up a 3am quake-party.
