NYC cut?

Hi,

I'm hearing word of a potentially large copper (fibre too?) cut in New
York City, somewhere in the vicinity of 60 Hudson Street and Bell
Atlantic/Verizon's central office at 50 Varick Street. Anyone have any
additional information regarding this?
