Well, if email works, thats always a good alternative. Otherwise, for
larger shops, there are usually multiple numbers (especially if there
are daat centers strewn across the country/world.) They may not always
get to the right department but can be used at least to report
problems in contacting directly etc.

And depending on where you are, you can always drive down and pound on
the door until someone answers. :-) (I've done this before...)
