    Thanks for the info & patch. I applied it to the 2.3.7 test system
    but no appreciable speed increase.

    Did it help you with both large replications (I'm doing a single 1.1G
    user to test) and the rolling replication?

    ttcp shows the nets can do about 8.8MB/sec.
