I think that the same functionality is also provided in the
UoA autosievefolder patch (http://email.uoa.gr/projects/cyrus/autosievefolder/).
The autosievefolder patch has the functionality to either create all
the mailboxes that are requested by a user sieve script, or the administrator
can restrict the name of the mailboxes that can be created.
