A requested feature is that an administrator should be able to set
some scripts which cannot be overridden by the user. This way company
policies can be encoded by sieve scripts.

I do not have a clear concept of how to solve this, e.g. having
the possibility for the admin to run script before and after the user
script would be a start, but might not be enought as some admins would
want to lock capabilities in the user script away as well.
