In <configdirectory>/log/, make a directory that matches the username.
For example, if the user you want telemetry on is "prey", you would create
a directory <configdirectory>/log/prey. Make sure it is owned by cyrus
    like the other cyrus directories.

In that directory, you will see files named after the pid of the imapd
process handling the connection. Those files will contain IMAP protocol
    telemetry.
