Thanks for the info, playing a bit with mailutil showed some strange
behavior/syntax of this program.
"mailutil transfer" knows the option "-merge append" which i neede for
the INBOX but does not copy the flags
"mailutil copy" copys the flags but does not know th option -merge and
only copys one folder
