    Arghhhh... The second I sent my email, I found what was wrong.
    allowusermoves was not enabled in imapd.conf...

    However, regarding mailbox creation. It seems to be working on
    backends only. Am I missing something, or is this the way it is for
    now? If later, any plans to enable mailbox creation from frontends?
