    Well....In theory, yes, using SASL GSSAPI and Kerberos 5. But that's a lot
    of work. There are perl modules you can run from your secure admin server
    to connect and runt eh admin commands (cyradmin is just a shell-like
    wrapper around these...or the TCL ones, I can't remember)
