Thanks for the patch. However, it doesn't made situation clear.
Here are logs with patch:
Sep 4 21:38:24 <local6.debug> relay lmtpunix[82168]: append_check() of 'user.test' failed (Mailbox does not exist)
At the same time mailbox seems to exist and quota is OK:
# cyradm --user cyrus --auth login localhost
localhost> lm

STORAGE 0/10000 (0%)

Does anyone has any ideas?
