If you have an empty mailbox, and the mail sit in another mailbox (inside
the first).
user.daniel
         -> user.daniel.new
            -> user.daniel.new.latest.
you will not get the top mailbox to be constructed.

(if you didnt have any mails in user.daniel.new, but had in
user.daniel.new.latest, you will not have the correct ACL permitions ).

Solution :

go into cyradm, and create that mailbox.
then move the old mailbox in, and then run the reconstruct.
