I've got a trace I'm willing to post, but it's pretty long... but a grap for
pam doesn't show anything, and a grep for 'imap' only shows two files it looks
for in /var/imap. HOwever I do see:

open("/etc/sasldb", O_RDONLY) = 14
open("/etc/sasldb", O_RDONLY) = 14
