IMSP address book switch state not preserved from Simeon server to 1.6a3

Hello all,

We are currently testing a move from the Simeon IMSP server
to CMU's 1.6a3 and we seem to have a problem where the
address book switch values of "Use for Nick-names",
"Open on Startup" and "Use for Searching" are not preserved
in the Mulberry 1.4.5 client.

Once you set those switches using the CMU server they are
preserved.

Can anyone share some light on why this might be? Is there
anything that we can do to fix/workaround this?

Thank you in advance for any assistance.
