I'm trying to find the definition of AUTH=ANONYMOUS, but
RFC2060 says look in RFC1731, and 1731 doesn't define
anonymous.
Is this a non-standard Cyrus extension? It doesn't have
X prepended, is there an update to 1731?

p.s. I'm trying to implement the ANON mechanism in a client
library, which is why I'm looking for the spec.
