You can get exit status info from /usr/include/sysexits.h (I've attached
mine). A failure of 67 appears to be "addressee unknown".

P.S. Note that qmail uses totally arbitrary codes, whereas sendmail is
compliant with sysexits.h. Fun! ;-)
