pwcheck_method and GSSAPI

    I'm a little confused about the terminology, I guess. Where does
    GSSAPI fit in regarding the pwcheck_method configuration? Or is
    it a completely different beast, being always offered if the plugin
    is installed and having nothing to do with pwcheck_method?
