fyi, pam-mysql tends to leak memory. Haven't had time to put some free()'s
|| mysql_free_result()'s there (Now restarting it daily). I guess there
was mysql-support in sasl nowadays but I have no clue how stable it is
(honestly, must be more stable than pam-mysql (from sourceforge))
my cyrus: 2.1.x (SASLv2)
There was some differences with SASLv1X (config)
