Do you mean SiteWeight directive in searchd.conf? That's used for
PageRank calculation, AFAIK. A better way to handle sponsored links
would be to do it like Google or Yahoo! does: list them independent of
the search results. That way you'd have only one result from each
sponsor site, and the "real" results would be listed normally.
The s.cgi templating doesn't allow you to do that, however, so you'd
have to do it yourself.
