Thanks for your help, but I've never removed sites from index
and the sites are reindexed 2 times a week...
I will try to run myisamchk but why should this happen on 2 servers, when
die sites are reindexed 2 times a week???

In addition you'll probably need to restart mysql. I have found many ways to
corrupt Aspseek. One way is to deleted entire domains using wildcards:
./index -C -u http://somesite.com%
It will most likely corrupt things (sometimes just hidden corruption). Also
some tables are not updated leaving stragler entries in robots table as well
as other locations I have found. I had to come up with my own integrity
check program for all aspseek removal functions to make sure things were
removed properly in all tables including urlwordsNN. I have found they never
are so I now use my own method for URL removal.
