Hmm...you should have used index -C with url limit.

The last resort is to try restarting searchd, but I doubt this will help.

I'm sorry but I think if index -X2 and index -H doesn't help either, you
are screwed up and should start reindexing from scratch :( Next time,
remember to backup your data before doing anything potentially harmful.
