I have just expierenced a disk full when calculating pageranks. This
resulted in a core dump. After freeing some space I tried:
$ index -D

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
Now how do I recover? I have just indexed 0.5 mio URLs, so I will be
unhappy if I have to empty the database.
