[aseek-users] 2 Gig Limit?

I was sure this was old news but I cannot find any info...
 
Running Linux 2.4.17 kernel under Redhat 7.1 with AspSeek 1.2.7 and
MySQL 3.23.38
 
With 250,000 URL's loaded at the moment I am getting files in my
citations directory hitting 2 gig file sizes. This is causing an error
when running index -D
 
I've checked everything I can think of... the weird thing is that I had
1.7 million documents on this same machine as of a few days ago *before*
a hacker managed to gain remote access to our server (which we believe
has been fixed since).
 
Any ideas? I've tried everything I can think of....
