IMHO page ranking in aspseek is the best among open source projects
(better than of ht://Dig, swish-e and mnogosearch). You can read

My thought is if you see that the results are irrelevant, you have
some serious misconfiguration problem or smth like that. Can you
give us the URL of your search engine so we can see what's going on?
