I've tried and it still doesn't work.
Is there any step-by-step instructions or manual on installing ispell and
aspseek that I can refer to and try to find out what am doing wrong without
asking it again and again on maillist?
And is there another way to check if configuration of ispell is ok rather
than by typing search word in browser?

Use exact charset name as defined in "ucharset.conf", possibly "koi8-r"
